Patience
The number one aspect to not quit on your goals is to stay PATIENT. Patient is easier said than done. Many people can not wait to see results once they have begun lifting weights. Many people make the mistake of thinking that they will have a body like Brad Pitt or Ronny Coleman in a couple of months. That is the biggest mistake in their bodybuilding or fitness career. It takes years too get to the point that many ripped and buff individuals are. Next time you go to the gym just ask the big guy or ripped guy how long he has been working out. I will guarantee that over 90% of the time it will be over 1 or 2 years. Unless they have been using substances to get them big. So my main point I am trying to get across with this post, is that you must be patient with your results, and I promise if you are dedicated, go to the gym according to your plan, and workout hard you will defiantly be the guy that other impatient guys at the gym will envy.
